Commissions are welcome, I look forward to hearing your specific needs. We begin with a conversation, and I provide a sketch or study before completing the final painting. 50% payment is due at time of order, 50% at delivery.
Amanda's Roots (Howe Sound Crest Trail) Acrylic on Canvas 30X24
I was asked by the client to paint this trail in memory of her daughter who died tragically and suddenly at age 33. It was a trail they hiked frequently where they shared fond family memories. While painting this scene, I felt Amanda's presence and a strong sense of connection to her family kept coming through , hence the name Amanda's Roots. It was an honour and privilege to paint this and her family loved it.

This painting was done of two of my grandchildren for my daughter in law. The twins were walking along Shoreham beach in Long Island New York on a visit to their great grandmother. The tide was gently coming in and they held each other's hands, the sun warming their backs- it was beautiful to witness their special bond.
Lake House Dock Acrylic on Canvas 11x14
These clients asked to have a painting of their dock at the lake in Kelowna where they spend many happy family hours together boating, tubing, using the SeaDoo and relaxing. It was beautiful summer day, the water was calm and the reflections on the water were stunning.
